Parents, on this page you will find resources to help you to make sure your child is meeting their developmental milestones and if they are not, resources of where you can go for help. Here are some agencies that can also assist you.

- Early Steps is an agency that provides multidisciplinary evaluations and coordinates early intervention services for infants and toddlers (birth to thirty-six months of age) with developmental delays or conditions that put them at risk of significant delays.
- Child Find (FDLRS) is an agency that works in coordination with school districts, locates children who are potentially eligible for services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and links them to needed services. In addition, FDLRS services help promote the general public’s awareness of the programs and services available to young children who have or are at risk of developing disabilities. Service coordination for diagnostic screening, placement, training, and support is also provided.
- Early Discovery is an agency that serves children ages 0-5 whose parents have mild developmental concerns or who have an evaluation that indicates a mild delay. We may see Early Discovery as a second option when children do not qualify for Early Steps or FDLRS services.
- ELC MDM Warm-Line is the department within the coalition that can guide you (parents, teachers, and principals) to get the right intervention services for your children. They can also help with strategies to use in class or at home.
