Dear Parents,
Sorry for the back and forth and changes regarding ZOOM telecasts, but as our world is changing every day, we wanted to design something that would be safe for our staff while also providing a service to our families.
I met with staff today in small meetings and we came up with a plan so that each of our staff members who are willing, will hold little classes from their classrooms and broadcast live to families through Zoom. I also made accommodations for those who could not leave their homes to address their students from there.
I have staggered the times so that siblings can watch at different times and there would be no conflict. To participate, copy the link below. It will launch the zoom app. The login is the same for every day. When you click the link, you will be logged in. You may want to log in a few minutes early to make sure the ZOOM app is on your device. There is no password needed.
Please mute your child’s microphone so that it will not cause disruption with the instruction. Each child will be called by name daily whether they are on the broadcast or not so that everyone is included.
Kindergarten students will continue their daily Zoom Meeting twice a day.

Rainbow, Orange, VPK 12:00 pm
As we do not want anyone to be left out,
THERE IS NO COST TO PARTICIPATE.
Some families have volunteered to make a donation for this service to help pay our staff during this time that we have stopped tuition payments. Families who are able and wish to have their accounts billed a weekly donation of any amount we will be happy to do that. Any monies donated will help offset staff payroll and our rent during this time.
